During our family stay at Hirsch in the serene Black Forest, we appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere, as bringing our furry companion was essential. The hotel's welcoming approach included treats and towels for our dog, making it truly feel like a family space. The picturesque location allowed us easy access to scenic trails right behind the hotel, perfect for morning hikes. While our room was adequate and overlooked the calming river, we did encounter poor WiFi signals, requiring us to sit in the bathroom for better connectivity. The cozy dining area provided a selection of hearty breakfast options, crucial for fueling our adventurous days, especially with a ski lift just 20 km away for those interested in winter activities. The friendly staff actively engaged with us, accommodating specific requests, such as vegetarian meals.
